Thank you for everyone who made our Italian food festival on Saturday 1st May 2010 such a success. It was much enjoyed by everyone. All our visitors were encouraged to try new products as well as revisit old favourites and a good lunch was had by all! Our Italian supplier Leonardo de Felice and his capable assistant Giuseppe were out and about amongst the crowds talking up a storm and creating a wonderful atmosphere. In our kitchen, Yvonne and her team cooked endless wonderful lemon polenta cakes and pizzas for our guests to sample as well as coping with our normal busy Saturday lunchtime. Everyone worked very hard but it was very enjoyable and we will definitely do it again.

On a sadder note, we were sorry to learn of the untimely death of our friend Al Bainbridge who passed away on 23rd April. He will be much missed but our fond memories of him will stay with us.

Our range of home cooked foods continues to develop and grow. Our kitchen produces both sweet and savoury delicacies which change with the seasons and the availability of local produce.

Fantastic Monmouth coffee combined with our extensive barista training produces probably the best coffee in the Cotswolds!

Our collaboration with Bennetts Wines of Chipping Campden continues to grow and develop, providing us with a marvellous collection of wines at excellent prices. Following Bennetts' successful acquisition of Edward Sheldon Wines, we now have access to some wonderful bin end wines at exceptionally good prices. Please speak to Louise for full details.
